Sales Tax is not included.
Discounts are given on stays of one month or longer with advance
payment only. No discounts are given on any holidays or during July
& August.
All fees are paid in advance on arrival by cash or check. No
credit cards are accepted!
Reservations
All advanced reservations will require a deposit, and no advanced
reservations will be held without a deposit. All deposits are
non-refundable.
When you make a reservation, those are the dates you pay for, even if you come later than your starting date or pick up before your leaving date. We have reserved this time for you!
